1 Peter 2:18-21
Slaves, submit yourselves to your masters with all respect, not only to those who are good and considerate, but also to those who are harsh. For it is commendable if a man bears up under the pain of unjust suffering because he is conscious of God. But how is it to your credit if you receive a beating for doing wrong and endure it? But if you suffer for doing good and you endure it, this is commendable before God. To this you were called, because Christ suffered for you, leaving you an example, that you should follow in His steps.

This is often a struggle for me. When unjustly treated every bone in my body jumps to the defense. The Bible talks about a meek and quiet spirit..I'm not very meek or mild. I want to do what is right, but I act otherwise. And sometimes I sull. After a while I eventually work into a good mad fit. Doesn't sound very Christ like does it?

Pray this prayer with me and for yourself when you are faced with a situation of injustice. Dear Lord, please help me to show you honor and glory in the way I behave and should behave. Father please help those in charge over me and thank you for helping me to respond as you said I should.
