Psalms 19:14 NIV

May the words of mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Grandma's Quilt

If you can see a child in play
Or a dog howling at the moon
If you can see a sunny day
Or a blushing bride in June.

If you could touch a rainbow
Or touch the sky of blue
If you could look through a child’s eyes
And see love’s purest hue

If you can see past old hurts
to remember them no more
If you can see a picnic
beside the river shore

If love had but one color
how boring life would be
And without knowing sorrow
How could we truly see

If you can see beyond all this
A faith that Heaven built
If you can see all these things
You would see my Grandma’s quilt.
