Genesis 2:2 KJV
And on the seventh day God ended His work which He had made; and He rested on the seventh day from all His work which He had made.

Psalm 118:24
This is the day which the Lord hath made: we will rejoice and be glad in it.

Sunday should be a day of rest and to think on the Lord. How hard life is when we leave God out and don't take time to meditate on God's word. I don't know about you but my day and week just do not go right when I leave God out. It's sort of like a beautiful piece of jewelry with on e of it's stones missing. It's still beautiful but not in the same way. We can fool ourselves into thinking our life is fine and that we don't need to rest, but God's word tells us we do need to rest. Only by walking and obeying God's word can our lives shine for Him.
