II Chroncles 16:9
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward Him....

God sees it all and nothing is hid from His eyes. He sees us inside and out an He wants our hearts to be turned to Him and nothing else. To have a perfect heart it must be a heart that is covered by the precious blood of Jesus. It must be a heart that obeys His will and is under Jesus' control and who's heart is seeking Jesus always. I don't have a life or heart that is perfect, but one day I will, because in Heaven all things will be new and perfect. May we all seek to have a perfect heart today and every day.
