Psalms 19:14 NIV

May the words of mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Psalm 5:3
My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O Lord; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

I love the psalms of David,so much of his cries to the Lord echo my own heart's cry. I need to listen more than I need to cry out. So many times I run ahead without first asking God what to do or where to go from here. Life and the world is always changing and I never know what lies around the river bend, but God knows. Just as the tree bends And sways in the morning breeze, I can't see the wind but I know it is there because of the movement of the trees. I've never seen God, but I know He is real and I feel His holy presence as surely as I know I'm alive and breathing. My prayer is that the lost will be saved and that somehow my life might point them to Jesus Christ my Lord. He c an take our messed up lives and make them beautiful for Him. Try looking up instead of looking down and let God hear from you every morning. And at night, with a sincere heart. Seek and you will find, knock and the door will be open to you.
