For whom the Lord loveth He correcteth; even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.

I never knew being a parent had so many facets of emotions. One moment you are on cloud nine watching your little one sing Jesus Loves Me, then the next you are having to spank them for disobeying. My soul cries for my little one but I know I have to correct her, Jesus said we are to correct them. I know Jesus has to correct me. How often I have broken His heart, if I could only make it right...but wait, He made it right on the cross. Even on my best day I will never be good enough. I'm glad He loves me despite my failings and shortcomings. I love my daughter even though I have to discipline her. She will always be mine. I will always belong to my Jesus. Who do you belong to?
