Psalms 19:14 NIV

May the words of mouth and the meditations of my heart be pleasing in your sight, O Lord, my Rock and my Redeemer.

Master, Saviour, Redeemer and Friend
Are just a few of your names.
You've always been there for me
No matter what my complaint.

It didn't matter that I fell asleep
while praying just last night.
It didn't matter when I stumbled
and chose a path not right.

You've always brought me back
Though I often fought you tooth and nail
You've loved me through some real hard times
Even though I longed to be free and sail.

When I was but a child unborn
You knew me there as well
for you are the Creator, Who
gave the choice of Heaven or Hell

You saw who I would become
The paths that I would travel
It must of broke your heart in two
When in sin I would dabble

But you never once gave up on me
Not one time did you say "no more"
You just picked me up from where I was
You never closed the door

I would like to thank you now
for all the things you done
To help a foolish stubborn child
To come to faith in your Son.

By choosing life instead of death
by listening to your call
A price was paid by the One
Who had created it all

The Creator paid the price
For the creation He had made
The vessel once tall and strong
Now broken and in disarray

But the Creator saw not what it was
He saw what it could be
Looking through the eyes of love
He reached down His hands to me

He gently repaired the cracks
The world made upon this soul
He patiently restored to life
The price? His blood to make me whole.
