Whosoever means me and you.

Today we celebrate the death and resurrection of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.  There are many who scoff and make fun of His precious holy name and what He did.  He provided the payment for our sins and provided a way to be with Him and our Heavenly Father forever.  Why?  Heaven only knows.  When you look at this world and what people are doing, yes myself included.  The Bible tells us that all have sin and come short of the glory of God.  There is not one person in this world who is perfect.  Jesus is the only man born of woman who was sinless, this is due to Him being the Son of God.  But praise the Lord, He saw fit to love us despite our ignorance and sin.  I have family members, I'm sad to say who do not believe in Jesus.  I was shocked just moments ago to really see the depth of unbelief they hold......my heart breaks for them and I pray for them, I hope they will somehow see differently before it is too late.  They were not raised to know my Jesus and it reflects in their talk and lifestyle.  I've tried to talk to them about the Lord, but they will have none of it.  I've sent books and leaflets to no avail.  The only thing left to do is what I've been doing, pray without ceasing.  I truly believe we are living in what the Bible calls the last days.  Now the last days can last 10 minutes or 10,000 more years, that is God's decision.  I base my opinion upon what the New Testament teaches and the news I see and read every day.  I got groceries the other day and one thing that jumped out at me was the rising cost of just basic food staples like bread and milk.  Depending upon where you get these items, the cost is getting higher every week.   My husband picked up a loaf of bread at what I call a dollar store, it was nearly $ 3.oo.  Unreal!  Yes you can get a little cheaper at a grocery store, but still, three dollars for a loaf of bread?  Turn on the news or any MSN headline and see wars and rumors of wars.  Watch Israel and how she is being treated.   My heart cries to look to the eastern sky........like the song says, my redemption draweth nigh. 

Father in Heaven, dear Jesus,  please help those whose unbelief and evil thoughts, to come to you before it is eternally too late.  You said that if we believe in our hearts and confess with our mouths that Jesus is Lord, that if we believe that Jesus died on the cross to pay our sin debts, that He arose on the third day, and that He is coming back to get those who belong to Him, that we would be saved.  Thank you dear Lord.  I love you Jesus.
